Currently, we are seeking professionals from the **Operations area** for CLT employment at a multinational company in the agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery sector, located in **Três Lagoas/MS.** **As a strategic member of the technical team, your responsibilities will include:** * Delivering, conducting, and evaluating technical training on the operation of forestry machinery. * Conducting training for internal teams and customers. * Delivering training both in the field and in the classroom. * Presenting technical content in an instructional and clear manner. * Developing support materials for training. * Adapting content according to the audience profile. * Ensuring an effective and engaging learning experience. * Demonstrating the technical value of products during training sessions. **We seek professionals who combine technical expertise with the drive to make things happen.** Mandatory Requirements: * Completed Technical Course in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Solid experience in activities involving CTL (Cut\-To\-Length) forestry machinery, including practical and theoretical knowledge of operations. * Ability to operate forestry equipment safely. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Behavioral competencies: Ability to **guide** and **demonstrate the technical value of products** to customers, as well as **autonomy to conduct training and interact effectively with diverse audiences.** Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of foreign languages, English and/or Spanish. * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience delivering field-based and simulator-based training to customers in the forestry sector. * Familiarity with embedded technologies in forestry machinery. * Technical/behavioral competence in technical and commercial argumentation.
