




**Main Responsibilities:** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes (job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling) * Direct contact with candidates via **WhatsApp, telephone, email, and job platforms** * Conduct initial interviews and support group interviews * Update and maintain **spreadsheets for job openings, candidates, and status of selection processes** * Support the **onboarding process** (document verification, candidate guidance, and follow-up on pre-employment medical exams) * Liaise with managers to align on candidate profiles and track hiring progress * Organize physical and digital HR department files **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Requirements:** * Prior experience in Human Resources or Recruitment and Selection **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration * Driver’s license category AB Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: Starting at BRL 1,900.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Willingness to travel: * 25% (preferred) Work Location: On-site
