**Job Description:** ---------------------- Carry out service orders for maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment assigned to the Technical Support department, following repair procedures guided by immediate management and the manufacturer, maintaining good customer relations and prioritizing machine performance. Perform diagnostics, repairs, assembly, and testing of equipment requiring maintenance. Advise customers on safety precautions, equipment preservation, and maintenance practices.
