Focus on pedagogical activities and interpersonal relationships THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL LEARNING SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly fee covered by the company, and dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and hours will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call, and the candidate must indicate availability for the scheduled hours. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** Hourly **Salary:** R$ 22\.91 **Unit:** Avenida Julio Ferreira Xavier, Jardim Alvorada | Três Lagoas MS **Job Summary:** Delivers instruction on theoretical and practical knowledge in the specialty of the position, aligned with the educational pillars defined by the institution, and facilitates the learning process of students during Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW QUALIFICATIONS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. The required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and delivering instruction to youth or adults in the following curriculum areas: Portuguese Language, Writing, Interpersonal Relationships, Motivation, Leadership, Human Resource Management, Administration, and/or Finance. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS registration title correlates with the position required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
