PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly fee covered by the company, and dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW QUALIFICATIONS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. The required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and delivering instruction to youth or adults in the following curriculum areas: Portuguese Language, Writing, Interpersonal Relationships, Motivation, Leadership, Human Resource Management, Administration, and/or Finance. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS registration title correlates with the position required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
