Traffic Instructor Course recognized by the National Traffic Council (CONTRAN). The required qualifications must be proven by: (Diploma or valid Certificate — validity up to 5 years from the Certificate’s issuance date). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED COURSES:** Collective Passenger Transport Vehicle Drivers, Indivisible Cargo Transport, School Transportation, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. The required qualifications must be proven by: a) Copy of Diploma/Certificate (valid at time of submission). Valid Driver's License, Category D or E \- Must hold the license for at least 1 (one) year in said category. The required qualifications must be proven by: Copy of current driver's license. No serious traffic violations committed within the last 60 (sixty) days and no suspension or revocation of the National Driver's License (CNH). The required qualifications must be proven by: Copy of the “no record” certificate issued by the State Traffic Department (DETRAN). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience teaching practical classes for buses and/or trucks and/or trailers. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the employer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature equivalent to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
