Responsible for cash control at the Toyota dealership, performing collections, payments, reconciliations, and daily closing. Prepares the daily cash and bank position report, supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable routines, and reconciliations. Provides support to the Administrative Center in administrative and financial activities, ensuring compliance, organization, and internal service to company departments. **Responsibilities:** **Cash Control:** Perform cash collections and payments at the dealership's cashier, verify cash amounts, card transactions, and deposits, issue receipts, record transactions in the system, and ensure accuracy during daily closing. **Daily Financial Position:** Prepare and present a consolidated report of cash and bank positions, showing inflows, outflows, and available balances, providing updated information for management decision-making. **Financial Routines:** Support invoice entries, sales reports verification, bank reconciliation, and assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. **Administrative Support:** Assist demands from the Administrative Center by preparing spreadsheets, organizing documents, and providing internal support to sales, after-sales, and controller areas. **Compliance and Procedures:** Follow internal policies, maintain confidentiality of financial and administrative information, support internal audits, and adhere to Toyota brand quality and compliance standards. **Relationships:** Attend employees and customers courteously, resolving inquiries regarding payments, invoices, and administrative processes. **Work Environment:** The employee will work in a structured administrative environment within the Toyota dealership, in a climate-controlled, organized space integrated with sales and after-sales departments. The department is dynamic, with a constant flow of financial and administrative information, requiring attention to detail, discipline, and confidentiality.
