Join us in driving this transformation! **Location: Andradina – Águas Andradina.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assess workplace environmental conditions, coordinating activities of CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee), Fire Brigade, safety and occupational health procedures, and developing and delivering various training programs; * Issue PPE records for new hires, monitor expiration dates, ensure proper usage, and conduct safety onboarding; * Analyze and investigate causes of workplace accidents, jointly assess incident rates in operations with supervision, and identify effective control/prevention measures; * Participate in safety meetings with clients and service providers to exchange information on safety topics, define joint action strategies, present monthly safety performance, and propose improvement measures based on achieved results; * Inform supervisors about existing workplace hazards and conduct risk analyses of processes, proposing improvement measures and necessary actions to management to eliminate and/or reduce risks to acceptable levels; * Develop occupational safety and health procedures to standardize activities, operations, and communication, ensuring safe practices by all employees; assess workplace environmental conditions, identify imminent and serious hazards, and intervene with employees and their managers to implement immediate control measures; * Promote discussions, events, campaigns, and lectures aimed at disseminating and motivating employees to comply with occupational safety and health regulations; update internal procedures according to Regulatory Standards (NRs), ensuring compliance with current legislation; drive company vehicles when required for external service assignments, observing traffic safety rules and regulations. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education * Technical Education in Occupational Safety * Preferred: Knowledge of NRs, especially NR-10, NR-35, and NR-33. * Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Mandatory: Driver’s License Category B.
