




Supervision and execution of activities with the following responsibilities/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push and Pull): \- Manage all operational activities characteristic of the beverage business; \- Ensure achievement of team people metrics (absenteeism, turnover, net working hours, etc.); \- Motivate, train, and develop operational leaders and teams; \- Ensure compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for the team; \- Preserve relationships with the client and the client's customers; \- Provide operational conditions for the team's routine execution and achievement of results; \- Ensure market presence (client's customers), verifying service/delivery team conditions and performance; \- Develop and ensure maintenance suppliers compatible with company and client needs; \- Perform People \& Management routines according to People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety, and other processes; \- Safeguard company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); \- Strictly comply with all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications; \- Properly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company; \- Commit to operational goals defined jointly with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program; \- Demonstrate personal and professional behavior consistent with the role; \- Perform related tasks as requested by superiors.
