Job Summary: The professional will manage forestry operations, allocate resources, guide operators, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards. Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Duties** **DATA:** Location: Três Lagoas/MS Application deadline: 05/17/2026 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Allocate machinery, equipment, and operators according to the forestry activity schedule, considering planning, area availability, and environmental conditions. * Guide operators on correct equipment operation, promoting best practices, productivity, and machine preservation. * Monitor quality of forestry operations (soil preparation, planting, fertilization, and cultural practices), ensuring adherence to technical standards. * Manage daily operational and maintenance activity records, monitoring performance and targets. * Share operational results (actual vs. target) with the team, supporting continuous improvement of activities. * Interpret maps, projects, and microplanning materials to ensure appropriate field activity execution. * Organize the operational module, managing materials, inputs, and equipment, while promoting organization and cleanliness practices (5S). * Monitor inspections of machinery, equipment, and vehicles, identifying needs for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Support quality control of operations and third-party services, as well as proper disposal of operational waste. * Identify silvicultural operation requirements and interact with support areas to ensure continuity and efficiency of activities. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, conducting Daily Safety Talks (DDS), encouraging proper use of PPE, incident reporting, and adoption of safe practices by the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Proactive; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Reside in Três Lagoas - MS and/or be available to relocate; * Hold a completed technical education degree and/or be pursuing a higher education degree; * Have experience in forestry (eucalyptus planting) and/or forest maintenance; * Experience with control tools, Excel, Power BI, etc.; * Possess a valid Brazilian driver’s license category B and/or higher. **Additional Information** **WE OFFER MUCH MORE THAN JUST PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** Your health care: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance plans; Meal voucher or cafeteria, grocery allowance (VA), and an additional VA at year-end; We understand fixed income is important, but beyond that, we offer extra income through our Annual Variable Compensation Program; For your future preparation, we offer private pension; We practice home office for corporate roles, flexible working hours, and a casual dress code; To generate and share value, we provide e-learning courses and training on our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, something is only good for us if it’s good for the world!
