




Job Summary: A professional to support the Accounting, Tax, and Finance departments by analyzing tax documents, classifying and scheduling payments, and performing related tasks. Issuance and Tracking of Tax Orders Support the Accounting, Tax, and Finance departments at the Itu headquarters by receiving and analyzing tax documents issued by departments at the Três Lagoas unit, classifying and scheduling payments, and forwarding tax documents to headquarters for necessary actions. FINANCE Receiving service and merchandise invoices from the Purchasing/Receiving department (TL branch) Analyzing the classification of received invoices and/or forwarding them to the Accounting department (headquarters); verifying alignment with purchase orders; segregating due dates; recording in spreadsheet; forwarding to Accounts Payable (headquarters). TAX Issuing orders (Transfers, Shipments, Repairs, Loan Agreements); submitting requests for invoice issuance to Billing (headquarters); printing invoices; segregating and attaching GNRE forms. Registering Manaus Free Trade Zone information and subsequently delivering duly settled invoices to Logistics (TL branch), if required. Complying with Quality and Occupational Safety standards. Performing other tasks related to the position as directed by supervisors.
