Located in Palhoça/SC. **Responsibilities:** Respond to customer messages across e-commerce and marketplace channels (primarily Mercado Livre). Manage requests for product exchanges, returns, and reshipments. Track and resolve complaints and mediation cases. Monitor reviews and take action to improve platform reputation. Support commercial and logistics teams in resolving incidents. Ensure compliance with response time targets (SLA) and quality standards for customer service. Generate performance reports and customer feedback summaries. Contribute to continuous operational improvement and customer satisfaction. **Required Competencies:** Completed high school education. Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplaces (Mercado Livre preferred). Strong written communication skills and empathy in customer service. Organizational skills, agility, and results orientation. Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets). Experience with customer service systems and ERPs (e.g., Sankhya, Tiny, Bling, or similar) is desirable.
