





Description: * URA/Telecom Systems Knowledge: Experience with IVR architecture, contact center systems, and voice technologies (SIP, VoIP, Asterisk, Genesys, Avaya, etc.). * Testing Methodologies: Solid knowledge of testing types and techniques (functional, non-functional, regression, smoke testing, etc.). * SQL: Ability to write database queries to validate test data and transaction results. * Task and Test Management Tools: Experience with agile and test management tools (e.g., Kanbanize, Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail) and bug reporting. * Programming Logic: Understanding of logic for test script creation; knowledge of JavaScript for automation. * APIs and Integrations: Familiarity with testing APIs/Web Services (REST/SOAP) using tools such as Postman or SoapUI—essential for testing IVR integrations. Test Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for telephone service scenarios, including integrations, voice navigation, and DTMF key inputs. Test Execution: Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and usability tests, simulating the complete customer journey within the IVR and connected systems. Test Automation (Preferred): Develop and maintain IVR test automation scripts using domain-specific tools and frameworks.
