Job Summary: The Junior Training and Development Analyst will support the execution of T&D initiatives, corporate education programs, competency development, and dissemination of the organizational culture. Actively contribute to strengthening the organizational culture The Junior Training and Development Analyst will execute and support training and development activities, contributing to the implementation of corporate education programs, competency development, and dissemination of the organizational culture through organizing, operationalizing, and monitoring learning initiatives in alignment with the cooperative’s strategies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the planning and execution of training and development initiatives according to the annual calendar and the cooperative’s needs, ensuring adherence to established schedules * Organize and monitor administrative, technical, behavioral, and institutional training sessions, providing necessary logistics, communication, infrastructure, materials, and controls for their implementation * Support the preparation, monitoring, and tracking of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), guiding managers and employees on constructing, executing, and fulfilling planned development actions * Develop and deliver training sessions, onboarding programs, workshops, lectures, and learning activities using methodologies appropriate for developing technical and behavioral competencies * Maintain records, attendance, certifications, and other information related to training activities, ensuring timely updates to departmental systems and documents * Collect, consolidate, and track training and development indicators, supporting the preparation of reports and analyses of results from implemented initiatives * Develop and implement innovative and personalized learning solutions using diverse methodologies, educational resources, and learning technologies to promote experiences aligned with audience needs and organizational objectives * Support the development and implementation of learning solutions using various methodologies, educational resources, and technologies, tailored to the cooperative’s needs * Serve as a Human Development Agent, representing the cooperative in leading actions, projects, and initiatives * Support the review, updating, and improvement of training processes, materials, and programs, contributing to the evolution of corporate education practices * Actively contribute to strengthening the organizational culture grounded in ethics, transparency, integrity, and sustainability, operating in accordance with governance guidelines and Unimed Sul Capixaba’s ESG pillars * Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as respect for human rights, through responsible conduct and engagement in social and environmental initiatives—including volunteerism and conscious, sustainable use of resources * Contribute to the cooperative’s risk management by identifying and reporting events or situations that may impact business results and sustainability, ensuring compliance with internal policies and reinforcing a culture of control, compliance, and prevention **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Familiarity with presentation tools (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar) is desirable.
