Ayko — Together to Transform! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register customers and partners in company systems; * Perform billing tasks, including issuing invoices and payment slips (boletos), generating, sending, and tracking bank remittances; * Process collections and monitor accounts receivable; * Perform bank reconciliation for accounts receivable, ensuring accurate recording of receipts; * Handle administrative requests related to billing; * Communicate with customers to clarify and resolve billing and collection matters; * Organize billing documents and forward them to the accounting department; * Cancel or modify payment slips (boletos) when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in accounts receivable/fiscal operations and intermediate Excel proficiency; * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Accounting; * Preferred: Knowledge of Sankhya ERP. **Additional Information** Born as VipRede, **Ayko** is the result of continuous evolution in the IT sector.
