Focus on safety and compliance **Job Description:** ---------------------- Receive and inspect materials arriving at the warehouse, verifying quantity, quality, and technical specifications of received items; record all material entries and exits in the inventory control system and report receipts, issues, and shortages via the Asana app, ensuring information is always up-to-date and accurate, keeping production and other departments informed. Organize the warehouse by labeling each item or using another standardized method, and maintain a clean and orderly storage area. Conduct periodic inventories and report the updated stock level via Asana so that the headquarters warehouse manager can perform appropriate records and procedures. Request materials required for warehouse and agricultural field activities, ensuring sufficient stock to meet operational demands. Monitor material expiration dates to prevent use of expired or unsuitable items.
