Handles multiple requests, prioritizes tasks, and ensures delivery quality. **Position:** Logistics Assistant ME **Description:** Responsible for maintaining updated and complete customer and order data, ensuring fulfillment of pending items required for loading. Focuses on processes and deadlines, collaborates with various departments to ensure operational efficiency, delivery quality, and information confidentiality, while handling multiple requests and prioritizing tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Issuance and verification of export documents (Packing List and Proforma Invoice); * Customer, contact, and commercial terms registration; * Systematic control of credit, insurance, and price lists; * Order adjustments and maintenance (dimensions, classification, and material composition); * Release and resolution of system-related loading pending items (payment, freight, finishing, transfer, etc.); * Liaison with internal departments (sales, finance, quality, and logistics); * International sample shipping (FedEx/UPS); * Ensures compliance with deadlines, processes, and customer requirements. **Requirements:** Relevant work experience; Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and priority management; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Attention to detail; * Analytical ability; * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines; * Flexibility to handle multiple requests; * Interpersonal skills.
