It involves distributing work orders, controlling deadlines, and verifying the technical compliance of performed services. Conducts field inspections, validates execution according to operational procedures, and supports the planning department. Contributes to achieving operational targets and compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan repairs on networks according to technical and operational guidelines; Distribute work orders and monitor field activity execution; Verify quality of performed services, ensuring compliance with established standards; Conduct technical inspections in intervention areas and record operational information; Control execution deadlines and team production results; Validate correct use of personal protective equipment and collective safety measures; Complete work orders with required technical and operational data; Support the planning department in defining maintenance routines and priorities; Inspect conditions of equipment used in field activities; Promote and conduct weekly dialogues on safety, quality, environment, and health with teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree. **Fields of study:** Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
