Focus on interdepartmental synergy and a collaborative environment **JOB TITLE:** Unit Manager **LOCATION:** Venda Nova do Imigrante\- ES **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Plan division operations and organizational structure to develop and review the budget. * Oversee order analysis and scheduling with the manufacturer, ensuring commercial alignment, adherence to deadlines, and product availability. * Plan operations for the flagship brand, aligning with the Annual Business Plan and defining goals and strategies to achieve the factory's strategic objectives. * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategies to expand the division. * Manage customer satisfaction and loyalty indicators, such as the Net Promoter Score (NPS), implementing corrective and preventive actions to strengthen trust and brand engagement. * Monitor parts and service departments, promoting operational synergy. * Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment by organizing integration meetings, workshops, and initiatives to share best practices. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management or related areas is desirable. * Experience in business management within the agricultural or construction machinery sector. **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Dental insurance; * Farmes Pharmacy Network agreement; * Life insurance.
