




Description: * Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields. * Solid experience in IT infrastructure, with proven track record in retail environments or distributed locations. * Strong expertise in Point-of-Sale (PDV) environment management and its peripherals. * Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and network asset management. * Experience supporting Windows operating systems (especially retail terminals) and local store servers. * Proficiency in backup and restoration routines for critical store data. * Manage and support store technological infrastructure (store servers, PDV workstations, fiscal/non-fiscal printers, barcode scanners, and PIN pads). * Handle Level 2 and Level 3 incidents impacting sales operations and customer service, ensuring rapid service restoration. * Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance of IT equipment across stores, liaising with vendors and field technicians. * Perform firmware and store-specific software configurations and updates. * Administer store local area networks (LAN), including switches, Wi-Fi access points, and communication links (WAN). * Monitor and optimize connectivity between stores and the Datacenter/Cloud, ensuring stable transmission of sales data (sales, inventory, transactions). * Participate in standardization and implementation of retail-specific network security configurations (firewalls and VPNs). * Define physical and logical IT infrastructure layouts for new stores, ensuring compliance with company standards. * Implement centralized management and store asset inventory solutions. * Develop and maintain store environment documentation (network diagrams, PDV configuration manuals, troubleshooting procedures). * Draft contingency plans and operational procedures to minimize impact from store infrastructure failures. 2512050202181677078
