Perform quick sales of services such as accessories, top-ups, and SIM card replacements whenever there is no queue for ticket issuance. Support quick consultations on basic information such as account ownership, line status, landline coverage, and product availability in stock to optimize service. Comply with requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs.
