To join our team, the following are essential: * Residency in São Paulo * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Economics, and/or related fields; * Experience in organizational change * Experience in commercial areas, planning, and telesales companies * Knowledge of call center routines, preferably in telesales * Knowledge of planning routines * Experience working with matrix and multidisciplinary teams to converge on solutions * Strategic vision of the business * Broad vision, capable of foreseeing both direct and indirect implications of proposed solutions * Proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders and delivering results, particularly through influence management. Preferred qualifications: * Specialization or postgraduate degree in Business Management and Digital Transformation * Knowledge of agile methodology * Experience in people and process management * Define the strategy and operating model for telesales channels focused on acquisition and monetization of fixed and mobile services, promoting new structural approaches aimed at boosting sales results, reducing costs, improving quality, and enhancing the customer experience; * Develop and implement projects and initiatives to increase the efficiency of telesales channels; * Lead communication with support areas to develop new projects and products, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation; * Create management materials for presentations in committees and meetings, ensuring informed decision-making; * Analyze and produce management reports to guide sales demand and optimize results; * Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure effective implementation of action plans. 2512200202551582379
