Job Summary: Responsible for providing IT operational support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, system, and connectivity issues, and ensuring the efficiency of technology services. IT asset and infrastructure management **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for delivering IT operational support to internal users, providing in-person and remote assistance to resolve hardware, software, system, and connectivity issues. Performs installation, configuration, and updates of equipment, applications, and systems; prepares devices for new employees; and manages access, accounts, and permissions. Registers and tracks service requests, ensuring initial diagnosis and adherence to response time SLAs. Supports preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, basic network checks, backup routines, and technological infrastructure organization.
