




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing administrative and financial routines, analyzing sales performance indicators, and providing strategic and operational support to the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. Cost and sales performance indicator analysis 2. Development of sales department strategies 3. Sales team support and follow-up Update monthly routine management and visible management dashboard; Calculate cost indices and assess their impacts; Generate, stratify, and analyze sales performance indicator tracking; Develop proposals/strategies for the sales department; Participate in planning meetings with the Sales Manager and Supervisor; Monitor sales team incentives; Issue daily variable compensation reports; Issue monthly closing reports for the Sales Team; Prepare customer tracking spreadsheets, salesperson coverage, supervisor coverage, distributor coverage, and overall distributor activation; Support the Sales Team by cascading targets such as volume, price, coverage, activation, and focus PDVs; Ensure data quality in SIV; Update prices in the system upon request; Promptly inform distributors of price changes or campaign and promotion launches; Reduce financial losses resulting from process inefficiency; Perform related tasks as requested by superiors Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
