Technically lead the development of critical and scalable solutions, defining engineering standards, guiding teams, and ensuring end-to-end quality, security, and performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain services and applications with **high availability and scalability**. * **Define and evangelize standards** for coding, architecture, and observability. * Conduct **code reviews** and **pair programming**, with a focus on quality and mentoring. * Collaborate on **architecture decisions** (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems, cloud). * Implement **automated testing** (unit, integration, contract) and ensure coverage. * Work with **CI/CD**, continuous quality, and **feature flags**. * Monitor applications (logs, metrics, tracing) and lead **incident investigations**. * Support **product teams** in problem decomposition and technical backlog definition. * Drive continuous improvements in **performance, security, cost efficiency, and DX (developer experience)**.
