Organize and pre\-prepare ingredients for meals. Control the quality and seasoning of prepared dishes. Ensure proper dish presentation before service. Maintain kitchen and equipment organization and cleanliness. Previous experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Production Cook, or Industrial Cook may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
