Job Summary: Perform IT routines, guide employees, monitor systems, maintain hardware, and ensure information security, acting as a development agent. Key Highlights: 1. Firewall management and information security Perform the company's IT department routines, guiding employees and users of shared systems, monitoring systems and performing hardware maintenance, as well as ensuring information security. Act as a development agent for other employees in the Information Technology department. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide support to customers/users and employees, guiding them and resolving questions regarding the use of hardware and software; Monitor systems and applications, network resources, databases, servers, and data input/output, aiming at data processing administration, while ensuring proper operation of hardware and software; Manage the firewall, blocking websites and identifying phishing attempts, aiming to ensure information security and prevent fraud and data theft; Ensure that company machines and accessories are in good working condition, and submit purchase requests whenever necessary; Ensure proper internal infrastructure management, such as equipment control and IP address management; Perform job-related activities in compliance with all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department. Responsible for immediately reporting to their direct supervisor any activity posing a risk to their own health or that of fellow employees; Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness, via internal and external departmental audits; Safeguard company property under their responsibility and immediately report any problems or damages detected to their direct supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Higher Education (Information Technology or related fields) Inpasa Brasil was one of the first Brazilian industries producing **Corn Ethanol**, and today is the **largest producer** of clean and renewable corn-based fuel in **Latin America**.
