We seek a professional who combines technical expertise with customer service skills, ensuring a positive vehicle delivery experience and that customers leave the dealership fully satisfied with both service and product. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform the final technical inspection of the vehicle prior to delivery, verifying all safety items, functionality of electronic systems, engine, and other mechanical components to ensure the vehicle is in perfect condition. * Verify and organize all required delivery documentation, including the owner’s manual, warranty certificate, license plate documents, and invoice. * Thoroughly explain to the customer the operation of key vehicle systems—such as electronic controls, audio system, air conditioning, navigation, safety features, and other technological components—ensuring the customer is familiar with proper usage. * Respond to customers’ technical questions regarding the vehicle, its features, basic maintenance, and recommended care practices. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure vehicle delivery proceeds smoothly and satisfactorily, meeting all customer expectations. * Report to the technical team and management any issues identified during vehicle delivery that may require adjustments or improvements. #### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (Category B) * Strong verbal communication skills and ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner to customers * Capability to perform detailed vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are ready for delivery * Organized, dynamic profile with a strong focus on customer satisfaction #### **Desirable Qualifications (Advantage):** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics (technical training in this field is desirable). * Practical knowledge of automobiles, electronic and mechanical systems, and ability to clearly explain their functionalities. * Prior customer service experience, preferably in the automotive sector, is an advantage. #### **Benefits:** [Include benefits offered by the operation]
