Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional with strong communication skills and proactivity to conduct physical assessments, prescribe personalized training programs, and guide students. Teamwork and interpersonal relationships Requirements: * Active CREF registration; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and commitment; * Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with the public; * Prior experience in this role is not required. Schedule: * From 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM (5 hours per day); * Weekends on rotating schedule. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct physical assessments; * Prescribe personalized training programs; * Guide students in performing exercises correctly; * Ensure safety, organization, and smooth operation of the facility; * Monitor student progress and provide support and motivation.
