Job Summary: Supervises and guides the team in civil engineering or construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and construction site supervision. 2. Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. 3. Material and equipment control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the team, ensuring task completion and adherence to quality standards; * Read, interpret, and execute engineering drawings; * Monitor construction schedules, ensuring adherence to established deadlines; * Perform measurements of completed work and track progress of activities; * Control the use, maintenance, and availability of equipment; * Request and supervise third-party service contracts, as required; * Manage and request raw materials and supplies needed for project execution; **Requirements / Desired Expertise:** * Proven experience in engineering or construction company operations; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Experience in construction site supervision and team management; * Knowledge of planning and schedule control; * Ability to perform measurements and control materials and equipment; * Organization, leadership, proactivity, and strong communication skills; * Commitment to deadlines, quality, and safety during service execution.
