Job Summary: Project Analyst at a national construction company, responsible for quantity surveying, comparison, and preparation of comparative analyses, with support in budgeting. Key Highlights: 1. A well-established construction company operating nationally on commercial projects is seeking a **PROJECT ANALYST** to work in **Ponta Grossa/PR**. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quantity surveys; * Compare project quantities against budget spreadsheets and/or sales specifications; * Issue quantity survey sheets; * Prepare comparative analyses between project specifications and sales specifications; * Suggest possible modifications to project specifications and/or sales specifications; * Support budget preparation for potential addenda. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience with medium- and large-scale corporate/hospital projects; * Knowledge of BIM and coordination tools. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
