Job Summary: Responsible for water meter reading, bill/notification delivery, and operational support, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Key Highlights: 1. Individual water meter reading and water consumption management. 2. Delivery of bills and notifications, with a focus on fraud detection. 3. Customer database updates and information registration via technology. **Requirements**: * High school diploma; * Prior experience as a Meter Reader is considered a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization and responsibility in completing assigned routes; * Proficiency with technology (handheld data collectors/smartphones); * Full availability regarding working hours **Job Responsibilities**: * Perform individual water meter readings; * Deliver bills; * Deliver notifications; * Identify potential fraud; * Update customer registration data; * Record information in the system using handheld data collectors; * Conduct georeferencing of routes and consumer units; * Provide support for operational department requests Compensation: R$1\.710,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
