Responsibilities: * Customer service (pre-sales): answering inquiries, sending product photos and information * Post-sales support and follow-up on customer interactions * Monitoring complaints on marketplaces (MKTP) * Tracking order shipments * Contacting carriers for delayed orders * Contacting customers when necessary (phone or message) * Responding to urgent incidents within tight deadlines (Precode) * Updating delivery timelines with customers and platforms * Daily checking of emails and general requests * Handling calls and company communication channels * Supporting logistics processes * Organizing orders and the workplace ⸻ Requirements: * Proficiency in customer service * Strong oral and written communication skills * Proactivity and organizational ability * Teamwork orientation * Prior experience in this field is a plus ⸻ Qualifications: * Completed high school education * Basic computer literacy Compensation: starting at R$2.138,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
