**Description:**
**Mandatory Requirements:**
Age between 14 and 22 years;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Availability for morning or afternoon shifts;
High school (currently enrolled or completed) or ongoing undergraduate studies;
Compliance with the work schedule (4 hours/day) at the workplace and during training;
Attendance at the qualification course guided by the partner institution, CIEE (once per week).
**Desirable:**
Interest in administrative routines.
**Note:**
After hiring, the youth apprentice will undertake an apprenticeship program.
This program complies with legal apprenticeship regulations, integrating professional training and work.
Assist in various administrative activities within the department;
Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives;
Assist with spreadsheets and data entry into departmental systems;
Receive service requests and respond to them or forward them if outside one's responsibilities;
Demonstrate initiative and contribute to the smooth operation of one's department;
Ensure proper custody and preservation of document archives;
Support internal and external customer service;
And other tasks related to the department.
