The professional will be responsible for strategic financial analysis, industrial cost control, decision-making support, and ensuring internal process compliance. This role is fundamental in connecting financial information with factory operations, directly contributing to business efficiency and profitability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform monthly management closing and reconciliations related to the controller function. * Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Income Statements (DRE), forecasts, and budget variances. * Monitor fixed and variable costs, production costs, and product-level margins. * Track performance indicators (KPIs) and generate management reports. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning processes. * Conduct economic feasibility analyses (CAPEX), payback, IRR, and other relevant metrics. * Ensure compliance with internal standards, corporate policies, and audits. * Automate and enhance controls and dashboards (Excel/Power BI). **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in: **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering**, or related fields. Prior experience in controller functions, industrial costing, or financial analysis (senior level). Solid knowledge of: * Advanced Excel; * Industrial cost control; * Budgeting (Budget) and Forecasting; * Income Statement (DRE) and KPI analysis; Intermediate or advanced English (multinational environment).
