Perform data entry, updating, and verification of Excel spreadsheets, maintaining organized and reliable data. Provide customer service (in-person, telephone, or digital), delivering information with courtesy, clarity, and agility. Conduct spelling and grammatical review and correction of reports, documents, and internal communications, ensuring textual quality and standardization. Organize physical and digital documents, safeguarding confidentiality and integrity of information. Support other administrative activities as required by the department. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification in progress.
