JOB MISSION: Responsible for physical inventory counting, stock control, and product handling by unloading pallets from trucks and trailers, recording materials in the inventory system using radio frequency devices, and making them available to Internal Helpers. Responsible for storing pallets containing containers, returnable pallets, and dividers in designated storage areas using a forklift, following company safety standards and policies. When necessary, may perform internal truck maneuvering. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure removal of product pallets and make them available to Internal Helpers to fulfill orders. Ensure storage of pallets with containers, returnable pallets, and dividers in designated storage areas using a forklift, following company safety standards and policies, aiming to facilitate loading of tow trucks. Ensure loading and unloading of pallets from trucks and store them in product inventory, positioning older products in front of newer deliveries so that first-in items are first-out (FIFO), ensuring products with earlier production dates reach the market sooner than newer ones. Perform daily forklift checklist, keeping equipment in proper working condition and signaling maintenance needs. Ensure LPG gas refilling for forklifts only when authorized for this task, aiming to guarantee process safety. Conduct verification of products and materials during vehicle entry and exit, performing relevant operational procedures to confirm order conformity with the invoice. Inspect returned containers in route vehicles, ensuring drivers follow verification procedures to prevent inventory discrepancies. Identify and report daily damages occurring on routes, yards, exchanges, and hauls to ensure inventory data accuracy. Perform daily and monthly inventory counts according to predefined procedures, enabling immediate identification and action in case of discrepancies. Perform internal vehicle maneuvering to ensure correct positioning for smooth loading operations. Contribute to maintaining truck conditions through regular vehicle cleaning. Guide proper load distribution on trailers, balancing axle weight and ensuring cargo safety. Support the loading process through product separation and handling. Promote and disseminate SSMA culture, seeking a safer work environment based on internal rules, guidelines, and procedures, always aiming for risk awareness and prevention. Perform loading and unloading of finished goods and rotating assets transferred from other units or plants. Conduct daily inventory of heavy merchandising assets (tables, chairs, refrigerators). Ensure physical integrity of products and assets during warehouse handling. Apply handling and storage procedures according to the Product and Material Handling and Storage Manual (regulatory document). Identify and report broken bottles when detected during the sorting process.
