This professional will be responsible for supporting and executing payroll routines, labor charges, and ancillary obligations, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Will work with the **Alterdata system**. **Responsibilities:** * Process and verify **payroll**, vacations, terminations, and the 13th salary; * Submit **taxes and labor charges** (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, among others); * Generate and transmit **FGTS payment slips** and other ancillary obligations; * Support accounting closing and audits; * Perform updates and maintenance in **eSocial**; * Provide support to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries; * Ensure compliance with legal and internal deadlines. * Time and Attendance Management * Employee Onboarding **Requirements:** * Previous experience in **Personal Department** routines; * Knowledge of **payroll, taxes, and FGTS**; * Experience with the **Alterdata system** (mandatory); * Proficiency in labor ancillary obligations (SEFIP, CAGED, eSocial, DIRF, etc.); * Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of updated labor and social security legislation; * Additional courses in the HR/Personal Department area.
