**Requirements** * Completed technical education in **Occupational Safety Technician** * Solid experience in large construction projects * Up-to-date knowledge of **labor legislation, safety and occupational health standards** * Proficiency in technical reports and incident investigations * Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at the construction site * Conduct inspections, audits, and safety rounds, preparing technical reports * Lead training sessions and DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) * Monitor and investigate accidents and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive action plans * Ensure proper use of PPE and engineering controls * Support managers and construction teams in meeting legal requirements and internal standards * Maintain up-to-date mandatory safety documentation (PPRA, PCMSO, LTCAT, and other applicable documents) * Interface with regulatory agencies and assist in external audits Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3,113.20 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have a technical course in Occupational Safety?
