We seek a professional who serves customers with service-related demands, particularly in technical assistance, identifying their needs in a specialized manner. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Provide after-sales customer service by receiving their vehicles for maintenance or repair, clarifying doubts, and offering technical support regarding required services. * Prepare and present detailed estimates for services and parts to be used in repair or maintenance, clearly and accurately explaining items to the customer. * Monitor service progress in the workshop, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, while keeping the customer informed about status updates. * Verify completed services and deliver vehicles to customers, explaining performed repairs and ensuring satisfaction. * Efficiently handle customer complaints and inquiries, proposing solutions to potential issues and ensuring customer retention. * Maintain constant communication with the mechanic team and workshop management to ensure alignment between diagnostics and services provided. * Offer additional services and maintenance packages to optimize customer experience and increase company revenue. * Ensure all procedures and services comply with quality and safety standards established by the manufacturer and dealership. #### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Technical or higher education in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields is a plus. * CNH: National Driver’s License (Category B). * Strong communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical terms in an accessible manner. * Proactive, results-oriented profile with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Experience in customer service within technical areas of the automotive sector (workshop, services, after-sales) is a plus. #### **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Total Pass
