Responsibilities and duties WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE: Attend the training course offered by the designated institution; Receive guidance from the work team to learn and support activities within the assigned area, such as: ❑ Assist the team with administrative routines in the assigned area; ❑ Digitize documents and send them to the responsible parties; ❑ Organize and maintain control of digital and/or physical files; ❑ Provide telephone and/or in-person customer service to clients, suppliers, employees, and others; ❑ Receive and send emails and manage calendar schedules; ❑ Receive and verify invoices, bills, bank slips, and/or other documents; ❑ Monitor the entry and exit of materials and/or equipment; ❑ Enter data and information into spreadsheets and management systems; ❑ Assist in preparing reports and/or presentations; ❑ Comply with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards; and ❑ Perform other related tasks.
