Academic and Technical Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (minimum)
* Postgraduate degree in Construction Quality or related fields (preferred)
* Certifications in Engineering Expertise and Appraisals (preferred);
Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality control, post-delivery customer service, and/or construction appraisals and expertise;
* Experience focused on residential horizontal or vertical condominium construction (desirable); and
* Experience focused on low-, mid-, and high-end land developments and condominiums (preferred).
Other Minimum Requirements:
* Brazilian Driver’s License Category B (manual transmission);
* Availability for travel throughout Brazil (by road and air, including overnight stays);
* Proficiency in ABNT technical standards (NBR);
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 certification process;
* Basic knowledge of MS 365 (primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint); and
* Basic knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD.
Other Preferred/Differentiating Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of SAP;
* Basic knowledge of MS Power BI;
* Basic knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC);
* Basic English language proficiency.

* Primarily responsible for handling post-delivery technical assistance service requests;
* Primarily responsible for fulfilling post-delivery asset maintenance commitments;
* Responsible for quality control on infrastructure and building construction projects (with emphasis on land developments and condominiums);
* Conduct field technical visits focusing on post-construction phases, while supporting construction and pre-construction phases;
* Identify construction anomalies using Service Verification Forms (SVFs);
* Define corrective and preventive actions for identified anomalies, provide feedback to processes, and implement improvements;
* Plan, execute, and monitor quality and post-delivery activities;
* Lead periodic meetings focused on goals, results, and process control;
* Identify optimal market partnerships with post-delivery service and material suppliers, supporting Procurement;
* Manage contracts, measurements, and payments with quality and post-delivery service providers and suppliers;
* Report directly to the Quality and Technical Assistance Coordination on a daily basis.
* Support positive relationships with internal customers (other departments) and external customers (owners, condominium boards, associations, etc.);
* Provide feedback and lessons learned to Production, Real Estate Development, Commercial, and Finance departments to drive improvements;
* Consistently act with the goal of customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and excellence in Urba products.
