If this profile matches you and you wish to join a results-driven, excellence-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Toll Plaza Operator, also known as the Toll Collector, is responsible for collecting tolls from drivers using the highway, ensuring agile, efficient, and courteous service. This professional performs essential functions to ensure traffic flow, accurate toll rate recording, and compliance with toll plaza safety regulations. * Collect toll fees according to vehicle categories and established rates; * Serve users by advising them on toll amounts and payment methods (cash, card, etc.); * Issue and deliver toll payment receipts to users, ensuring accurate transaction recording; * Monitor vehicle flow, maintaining smooth traffic at toll booths; * Perform cash exchanges and handle funds accurately, ensuring collection precision; * Maintain booth and service area organization, keeping the environment clean and safe; * Inform users about traffic conditions, lane closures, or other relevant matters when necessary; * Comply with safety regulations established for toll plaza operations; * Perform end-of-shift cash register closing, verifying and recording collected amounts. * Address customer and driver needs courteously and respectfully to ensure a positive service experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Availability to work rotating shifts; Strong public service skills, with courtesy and patience; Proficiency in basic calculations and cash handling; Ability to manage stressful situations and resolve problems promptly; **Knowledge of electronic toll collection systems is a plus;** **Familiarity with or experience in revenue collection and cash operations is desirable.** **Additional Information** On-site work in Cassilândia/MS; Work schedule follows a 2x2 rotation. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Meal Voucher; National Health Plan; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Chartered Transportation. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. manages the MS\-112 highway and sections of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR\-158 concession segment runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 concession segment extends 18.10 kilometers from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. manages the BR\-262 highway concession segment stretching from km 360\+100—at its junction with BR\-381 in Betim—to km 799—at its junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba—for a total length of 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
