Maintain uniformity and high quality in soil preparation, road grading, and conservation processes. **Responsibilities and duties** Know and master all operations that can be performed with a motor grader. Have knowledge of basic machine mechanics. Ensure quality and efficiency in machine operations. Perform minor repairs on machine/implements. Assist technicians/mechanics in complex maintenance tasks. Always operate respecting company and traffic regulations. Operate, adjust, and prepare machines, performing cleaning and equipment maintenance. Carry out tasks with quality and safety, use PPEs, and meet operational indicators defined by the company for each operation. Report any problems or maintenance needs to the responsible department. Complete all records in a coherent and responsible manner. **Requirements and qualifications** Experience: 6 months of experience. Education: Completed high school. Specific Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with Trimble automatic pilot system and Solinftec onboard computer.
