If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of an excellence- and results-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** A Traffic Operator is responsible for managing vehicle traffic flow on highways, conducting surveillance, traffic control, monitoring roadway conditions, and supporting light-duty towing operations. Additionally, the professional must communicate with the Operational Control Center (OCC) to ensure smooth operations and roadway safety. * Control and monitor vehicle traffic flow on highways, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and maintaining safety; * Conduct vehicle inspections, verifying documentation, safety conditions, and adherence to traffic regulations; * Coordinate actions to reduce congestion by identifying critical points and implementing measures to optimize traffic flow; * Prevent and intervene in risk situations—such as accidents or adverse traffic conditions—to ensure roadway fluidity and safety; * Perform light-duty towing operations, safely and efficiently removing immobilized or accident-involved vehicles in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures; * Maintain continuous communication with the Operational Control Center (OCC), reporting traffic conditions, incidents, and support needs to ensure efficient coordination of rescue and roadway maintenance activities; * Monitor roadway and signage conditions, recording anomalies or maintenance requirements and coordinating actions with responsible teams; * Support emergency, security, and maintenance teams during highway accidents or emergency situations; * Prepare reports on traffic conditions, observed incidents, actions taken, and performed towing operations; * Collaborate with other agencies and teams—including highway police, security teams, and other service providers—to ensure smooth operations and driver safety; * Ensure communication equipment, tow trucks, and signage remain fully operational; * Perform other related duties as determined by the immediate supervisor; * Assist in animal removal along inspected stretches, safeguarding user safety; * Perform other related duties as determined by the immediate supervisor; * Properly utilize company-provided systems and resources for job performance, in accordance with internal rules and procedures; * Properly utilize company-provided systems and resources for job performance, in accordance with internal rules and procedures; * At the start of each shift, inspect the vehicle’s operational status—including coolant, oil, tire condition, overall vehicle condition, and fuel level—and report any deficiencies to the immediate supervisor, ensuring compliant vehicle usage per applicable rules, procedures, and guidelines; * Know and comply with policies, standards, procedures, or work instructions established by Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety management systems, as defined by the company or current legislation, according to one’s area of responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Valid Brazilian driver’s license category C and/or D required; **Additional Information** Work location: Cassilândia/MS Work schedule: 2-days-on / 2-days-off rotation; Meal allowance; Medical plan (Unimed Nacional); Life insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); **We welcome all candidates in our selection processes. For the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. manages the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the Mato Grosso do Sul/Mato Grosso border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), plus 1.4 kilometers of BR-359 from km 0 to the Mato Grosso do Sul/Goiás border. The highway crosses three municipalities—Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. manages the MS-112 concession and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), covering 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 concession segment extends 18.10 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. manages the BR-262 concession in Minas Gerais State, covering 438.9 kilometers—from km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba. This stretch lies within the Triângulo Mineiro region of Minas Gerais State and passes through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
