If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a results-oriented, excellence-driven team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Traffic Operator is responsible for managing vehicle traffic flow on highways, performing traffic enforcement, traffic control, monitoring road conditions, and supporting light-duty towing operations. In addition, the professional will communicate with the Operational Control Center (CCO) to ensure smooth operations and highway safety. * Monitor and control vehicle traffic flow on highways, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and maintaining safety; * Conduct vehicle inspections, verifying documentation, safety conditions, and adherence to traffic regulations; * Coordinate actions to reduce congestion by identifying critical points and implementing measures to optimize traffic flow; * Prevent and respond to risk situations—such as accidents or adverse traffic conditions—to ensure road fluidity and safety; * Perform light-duty towing operations, safely and efficiently removing immobilized or accident-involved vehicles in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures; * Maintain constant communication with the Operational Control Center (CCO), reporting traffic conditions, incidents, and support needs to ensure efficient coordination of rescue and road maintenance activities; * Monitor road and signage conditions, recording anomalies or maintenance requirements and coordinating actions with responsible teams; * Support emergency, security, and maintenance teams during accidents or emergency situations on the highway; * Prepare reports on traffic conditions, observed incidents, actions taken, and performed towing operations; * Collaborate with other agencies and teams—including highway police, security teams, and other service providers—to ensure smooth operations and driver safety; * Ensure communication equipment, tow trucks, and signage remain fully operational; * Perform other related duties at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; * Assist in animal removal along the inspected stretch, safeguarding user safety; * Perform other related duties at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources for job performance, in accordance with internal policies and procedures; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources for job performance, in accordance with internal policies and procedures; * At the start of each shift, inspect vehicle operating conditions—including coolant, oil, tire condition, general vehicle condition, and fuel level—and report any deficiencies to the immediate supervisor to ensure compliant vehicle usage per applicable norms, procedures, and guidelines; * Know and comply with Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety management system policies, standards, procedures, or work instructions applicable to their role, as established by the company or current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Valid Brazilian driver’s license category C and/or D required; **Additional Information** Work location: Cassilândia/MS Work schedule: 2-days-on / 2-days-off rotation; Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed Nacional); Life insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); **We welcome all candidates in our selection processes. On the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the Mato Grosso do Sul/Mato Grosso state border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the Mato Grosso do Sul/Goiás state border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. holds the concession for MS-112 and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 runs from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, spanning 200.5 kilometers. The BR-158 concession segment extends from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment extends from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.10 kilometers and crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. holds the concession for BR-262, covering the stretch beginning at km 360+100—the junction with BR-381 in Betim—ending at km 799—the junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—for a total length of 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
