Become Sangue Laranja. **About the Role and Mission** You will join our **International Accounts Operations** team and directly contribute to the area’s operational intelligence, developing automations, supporting reconciliations, and building data solutions that sustain an international operation undergoing constant growth and evolution. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Mapping and documenting operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. * Developing and maintaining automations to increase operational efficiency. * Building operational dashboards and control panels. * Supporting and executing financial reconciliations. * Performing database queries and extractions to support operational decision-making. * Developing reports and metrics that provide visibility into operations and internal departments. * Collaborating with internal teams and international partners to support area requirements. * Actively contributing to the continuous evolution of processes and operational intelligence within the area. **What We’re Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Experience with SQL and Python for automation and data manipulation; * Experience with RPA for developing automations; * Experience mapping and automating operational processes. * Experience building dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau or similar). * Advanced English for communication with international vendors and stakeholders. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Alteryx; * Experience in fintechs, digital banks, or international financial operations; * Knowledge of financial reconciliations and high-complexity operations; * Experience with APIs and system integrations. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance and Food Allowance * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended Parental Leave * Childcare/Babysitter Allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations regarding the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job Offer;
