Curation and optimization of Artificial Intelligence Learning Ops Analyst **About the role** We are seeking a Learning Ops Analyst with an analytical mindset and interest in data, processes, and artificial intelligence to optimize the company's learning ecosystem. This professional will be responsible for analyzing data from the learning platform (LMS), improving the virtual assistant's performance, and structuring the knowledge base—contributing to reducing the volume of tickets handled by human support and scaling users' learning experience. **Key Responsibilities** **Data and Performance Analysis** * Extract and manipulate access and performance log data using Excel or similar tools. * Create and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs. * Conduct investigative analyses and data cross-referencing to generate strategic insights. * Use SQL queries for data analysis. **AI Curation and Optimization** * Continuously monitor the virtual assistant's performance. * Identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement. * Structure and prepare content that feeds the AI's knowledge base. * Transform video content into structured and organized text. **Knowledge Base Management** * Ensure clarity, quality, and standardization of documentation. * Structure content optimally for the knowledge base. * Organize information using tags and metadata to facilitate search and navigation. **Requirements** * Highly analytical and investigative mindset. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Excellent writing and information organization skills. * Systemic and business-oriented perspective. * Basic knowledge of SQL or other data query languages. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools. * Experience with support or digital product metrics (CSAT, FCR). * Experience with LMS or digital education platforms.
