**Activities and Responsibilities** * Supports logistics routines within the supply chain, contributing to the organization, control, and monitoring of transportation and material delivery operations; * Schedules transportation for material pickup from suppliers, aligning with purchasing schedules and hardening operations; * Monitors logistics operations related to deliveries to end customers, tracking deadlines, routes, incidents, and ensuring compliance with established schedules; * Manages balances and volumes of materials pending pickup, ensuring cargo traceability and operational data consistency; * Supports management by preparing and updating logistics area reports, consolidating operational data and performance indicators; * Monitors logistics flows between origin, blending, and destination, tracking material movement across different operational stages; * Maintains interface with logistics operators and carriers, ensuring compliance with agreed loading, transportation, and delivery schedules; * Monitors the operationalization of cargo loading and transportation, verifying compliance with shipping orders and defined targets; * Conducts continuous follow-up with carriers to ensure execution of pickups, deliveries, and resolution of any operational incidents; * Enters and verifies freight costs and other operational information in corporate systems, ensuring accurate and reliable records to support decision-making. **Requirements** * Undergraduate degree in progress in Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in the logistics segment (carriers); * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Basic knowledge of ERP systems; Power BI or data analysis support tools.
