PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Traffic) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the established schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 5039\.75 **Unit:** Dorinato Lima Avenue, Inconfidentes \| Contagem MG \- 32223160 **Job Summary:** Delivers classes covering theoretical and practical knowledge and skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver’s licenses and authorization to operate heavy vehicles, and facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars) **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** COMPLETED UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE. Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR COURSES:** Instructor for Collective Passenger Transport Vehicles, Hazardous Materials Transport, School Transport, Emergency Transport, or Oversized Cargo Transport, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Copy of the course Diploma/Certificate (VALIDITY PERIOD MUST BE OBSERVED). VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY D OR E (MINIMUM 1 YEAR IN THE CATEGORY). Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Copy of the CNH (valid). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Employment and Social Security Record (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if CTPS entry title matches that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying performed activities, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience delivering lectures.
