A recruitment and selection company is seeking a Marketing Analyst in Passos (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Produce and edit videos for campaigns and social media (reels, stories, shorts, and corporate videos), including filming, basic scripting, and editing. Create content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Manage the posting calendar, captions, and alignment with brand visual identity. Monitor video and social media trends, proposing creative formats. Analyze post performance to increase reach and engagement. Perform tasks typical of a Marketing Analyst role. On-site work in Passos / MG. Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Communications Analyst, or Marketing Manager may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
