Integrates artistic languages and encourages student leadership We seek a professional responsible for teaching Visual Arts, Music, Theater, and Dance across Elementary and High School levels, promoting aesthetic sensitivity, creative expression, and appreciation of cultural diversity through artistic languages. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, prepare, and deliver Arts (Visual Arts, Music, Theater, and Dance) classes in accordance with the Brazilian National Common Curriculum (BNCC) and the institution’s Political-Pedagogical Project. * Develop pedagogical projects and activities that stimulate creativity, individual expression, and critical appreciation of art. * Assess student performance through artistic assignments, presentations, and class participation, providing formative and constructive feedback. * Integrate artistic languages with other curricular components, promoting interdisciplinarity. * Encourage student leadership in cultural projects, exhibitions, showcases, performances, and school events. * Actively participate in pedagogical meetings, class councils, teacher training sessions, and collective planning. * Utilize technological resources and innovative methodologies in arts education. * Maintain up-to-date school records in the system, including grades, attendance, activities, and communication with families via the school app. * Ensure an inclusive, safe, and welcoming learning environment, respecting students’ cultural, ethnic, and expressive diversity. * Act in alignment with the school’s values and institutional code of conduct. * Keep files and documentation current for organizational purposes and compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). * Perform other duties relevant to the area as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Full undergraduate degree (Licentiate) in Visual Arts, Music, Theater, Dance, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Art Education, Inclusive Education, Neuroeducation, or related areas.
